Classic Hot Toddy

  • ¾ cup hot water
  • 1 ½ ounces Tullamore D.E.W. 
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons honey, to taste
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 lemon round
  • 1 cinnamon stick

    Pour ingredients in a mug. Garnish with lemon and cinnamon stick
Hot Apple Cider

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 ½ ounces The Busker Triple Cask Triple Smooth Irish Whiskey
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons honey, to taste
  • 1 cinnamon stick

    Simmer ingredients in a saucepan and allow to seep. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
Irish Coffee

  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • 1 ½ ounces Glenmorangie The Original 10 Year Old
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar 
  • Heavy cream, slightly whipped

    Dissolve brown sugar in hot coffee. Blend in whiskey. Top gently with whipped heavy cream.
