Welcome to Empire360, Empire's proprietary digital sales platform. Empire360 is your best resource for real-time inventory, discount pricing, order history, and placing orders. Setting up your account is quick and easy; you’ll just need your New York State Liquor License and Empire account number handy. Once you’re registered, you can add additional users such as employees (don’t worry, we’ll get to that below.)

To register, you can follow the instructions in the video to the left, or follow these steps:

Click the Log In/Sign Up button
Select “I am a Customer” and fill in your information
Enter your liquor license as a serial number only, with no letters or dashes
**As of 3/11/2024 - Empire North only - Please enter all numbers and dashes ###-##-######
Your account number matches your existing Empire account number (contact Customer Service if you are unsure)
Agree to the terms and privacy policy
Check your inbox for a confirmation email, and confirm your email address
Welcome to Empire360!

ADD USERS

You may wish to add additional users to your account, such as management or staff. To add users, follow these steps:

Click the Profile icon
Click on Users
Click the Add icon
Enter the additional user’s email address
That email address will receive a confirmation to set up their account and password. (If that user has an existing Empire360 account, they will be added immediately.) The confirmation link expires after 24 hours.
Once the account is set up and logged in, the new user can enter their name by clicking the Profile icon and then My Details. Otherwise, the email address will be used as the default name. You will need to do this before you can sign in.
Excellent! The new user can now place orders and receive order confirmation emails.
