Register & Add Users
On Empire360
REGISTER
Setting up your account is quick and easy; you’ll just need your New York State Liquor License and Empire account number handy. Once you’re registered, you can add additional users such as other employees (don’t worry, we’ll get to that below.)
To register, you can follow the instructions in the video to the left, or follow these steps:
  • Click the Log In/Sign Up button
  • Select “I am a Customer” and fill in your information
  • Enter your liquor license in the following format: ###-##-######
  • Your account number matches your existing Empire account number (contact Customer Service if you are unsure)
  • Agree to the terms and privacy policy
  • Check your inbox for a confirmation email, and confirm your email address
  • Welcome to Empire360!*
*Note: If you receive a message with your store name and a button to "Shop This Store", click the "Shop This Store" button for the correct store to complete the registration.    
ADD USERS

You may wish to add additional users to your account, such as management or staff. To add users, follow these steps:
  • Click the Profile profile_icon.png icon
  • Click on Users
  • Click on (). This will prompt the Add_icon.png icon to appear
  • Click the Add Add_icon.png icon
  • Enter the additional user’s name, email, phone number, and role.
    Note that there are many roles available to choose. The only relevant roles for Empire360 are:
    Admin: can add/remove users; buy, and pay*
    Buyer: can make purchases
    Payer: can make purchases and pay invoices
    Please pick the relevant one for the user you are adding. 
  • That email address will receive a confirmation to set up their account and password. (If that user has an existing Empire360 account, they will be added immediately.) The confirmation link expires after 24 hours. You will need to do this before you can sign in.
  • Once the account is set up and logged in, the new user may edit or change their name by clicking the Profile icon and then My Details. Otherwise, the email address will be used as the default name.
  • Excellent! The new user can now log in and perform tasks associated with their role.

EDIT USERS

Please note that only Admins are able to add and edit users.
  • Click on the user you wish to edit
  • Edit the name, email, phone, or role
  • Click “Update” once completed
  • Return to the Users tab to see the updated user
DELETE USERS

Please note that only Admins are able to delete users.
  • Click on the user you wish to edit
  • Click “Delete” on the bottom right of the screen to delete the user
  • Confirm that you wish to delete the user
