Boodles Rhuby-Martinez

2 oz. Boodles Rhubarb & Strawberry Gin
¾ oz. A.G. Perino Sweet Vermouth
¼ oz. Maraska Maraschino Cherry Liqueur
Lemon twist for garnish

Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

The Mexican Martini

2 oz Condesa Gin Clásica
⅓ oz E & J Gallo Extra Dry Vermouth
Lime, for garnish

Add ingredients to a martini glass. Garnish with a lime peel.

Stratusphere Dink Drink

1½ oz. Stratusphere Original Gin
¾ oz. simple syrup
¾ oz. lime juice
Lime wedges and mint, for garnish

Add ingredients to an ice filled mule mug and stir together to combine/chill. Garnish.

Hendrick's Cucumber Lemonade

50 mL Hendrick's Original Gin
20 mL lemon juice
20 mL sugar syrup
Soda water
3 slices of cucumber and 1 lemon wheel for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice. Lightly stir. Garnish with cucumber slices and lemon wheel.

Hendrick's Oasium Fizz

50 mL Hendrick's Oasium
25 mL pink grapefruit juice
25 mL lime juice
25 mL sugar syrup
Soda water
3 thin slices of cucumber for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice. Lightly stir. Top with soda water. Garnish with cucumber slices.

Gin Fizz

2 oz. Broker’s Gin
½ oz. egg white
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. simple syrup
Soda water
Lemon twist for garnish

Add Broker’s Gin, egg white, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice to a shaker. Shake for 30 – 60 seconds. Strain into a chilled rocks glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Blossom & Tonic

2 oz. Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
3 oz. premium tonic water
Orange slice for garnish

Fill a copa glass with ice, add Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin and premium tonic water. Garnish with an orange slice.

Tom Collins

2 parts Fords Gin
.75 parts lemon juice
.75 parts simple syrup
1.5 parts club soda

Shake gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice until chilled. Pour into a highball glass and top with club soda. Garnish with cherry/lemon wheel.

Blue Dot Martini

50 mL Procera Blue Dot Gin
5 mL Carpano Dry Vermouth
Lemon wheel for garnish

Rinse martini glass with vermouth and discard. Pour frozen Blue Dot directly from freezer. Express the lemon zest into the gin and wipe around the rim before dropping in the glass.

Valley Gin Fizz

2 oz St. George Valley Gin
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1 egg white
2 oz. soda water
Orange wheel for garnish

Build all ingredients except for soda into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for a full minute without ice. Add the ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Collins glass, and top with half of the soda. Top it with the remaining soda water and garnish with an orange wheel.

Berry Buzz

35 mL Warner's Honeybee Gin
15 mL lemon juice
15 mL honey water*
4 fresh raspberries or 10 mL raspberry puree
Ginger ale
Lemon slice and raspberries for garnish

Muddle 4 fresh raspberries. Shake all the ingredients (other than the ginger ale) together with ice and then strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale and give it a stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon and add a couple of raspberries.
*For the honey water: mix 1 tsp. honey into a 75 mL of warm water, then leaving to cool. To speed things up, you can pop 1 tsp. of honey into a glass, add 25 mL hot water, mix until dissolved, then add 50 mL ice-cold water. Leave to cool if necessary.

Silent Martini

60 mL Silent Pool Gin
15 mL Stock Lionello Extra Dry Vermouth

Stir all ingredients on ice and pour them in a martini glass, garnish with an orange peel or orange coin.
