Cucumber Spritz

1 oz. Hendrick’s Original Gin
2 oz. La Marca Prosecco
3 oz. soda water
Cucumber and mint, for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a wine glass. Top with soda water and garnish with cucumber and mint.

Vesper

1½ oz. Stratusphere Original Gin
1½ oz. New Amsterdam Vodka
½ oz. Tempus Fugit Kina L'aéro D'Or
Lemon peel, for garnish

Add ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass and stir together to combine and chill. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass and garnish with a lemon peel.

Clever Club

1½ oz. Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
½ oz. Bella Sprizz Elderflower Liqueur
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1 dash orange blossom water
1 egg white
Blueberries

Add a handful of blueberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add the rest of the ingredients, then dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds. Add ice and shake again for 10 seconds. Fine strain into a coupe. Garnish with blueberries.

Mandarin Ginger Sour

2 oz. Plymouth Gin
1 oz. mandarin juice
¾ oz. ginger syrup
½ oz. lime juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill it ¾ with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with mandarin or lime.

Gin Daisy

2 oz. Broker’s Gin
¾ oz. Naranja Orange Liqueur
¾ oz. lemon juice
2 tsp. grenadine
Splash of soda water
Lemon slice and mint sprig, for garnish

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin, orange liqueur, lemon juice and Grenadine. Shake until combined. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed or cubed ice. Top with club soda to fill the glass and garnish with a lemon slice and mint sprig. 

Strawberry Gin Smash

3 oz. Ford’s Gin
½ tsp. sugar
1 lime wedge
3 fresh strawberries
Club soda
Fresh mint sprig and strawberry, for garnish

In a tall glass, combine the sugar and a squeeze of juice from the lime wedge. Muddle with the back of a spoon to dissolve the sugar. Add the sliced strawberries and lightly muddle. Fill the glass with ice and add the gin. Top with a splash of club soda and garnish with the last strawberry and a sprig of mint.

Salted Negroni

1½ oz. Boodles Gin
¾ oz. Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
¾ oz. Select Aperitivo
1 oz. grapefruit juice
2 oz. soda water
Sea salt
Grapefruit peel, for garnish

Quickly shake gin, vermouth, Select Aperitivo, grapefruit juice and a small pinch of sea salt. Strain in Collins glass over ice and soda water. Add another small pinch of sea salt and garnish with long grapefruit peel.

Terroir Bramble

2 oz. St. George Terroir Gin
½ oz. Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup
Lemon wheel, for garnish

Shake gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice, then strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle raspberry liqueur over the top and garnish with lemon.

Farmer's Salty Dog

2 oz. Farmer’s Gin
3 oz. grapefruit juice
Garnish with lime wedge and salted rim

Spread salt onto plate, moisten rim of rocks glass and coat with salt. Add ice and pour in ingredients and garnish.

Mediterranean Smash

2 oz. Gin Mare Mediterranean Gin
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. simple syrup
Basil, rosemary, thyme, and olive, for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a glass over ice. Garnish with a Mediterranean Bouquet.
