2 oz. Pendleton Military Edition Whisky
½ oz. RumChata Coconut Cream Liqueur
2 oz. pineapple juice
Pineapple slice and cherry, for garnish
Hand-shake all ingredients very well with ice and strain over ice into rocks glass. Garnish with the pineapple slice and cherry.

1 750 mL bottle Liberty Creek Pinot Grigio
¼ cup Naranja Orange Liqueur
7 cups ripe, seedless watermelon, diced
¼ cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
Plain seltzer (optional)
Blend watermelon and then strain, reserving juice. Add watermelon juice, lime juice, Naranja and Liberty Creek to large pitcher. Stir to incorporate and chill. Pour over ice and top with seltzer.

4 oz. Seagram’s Extra Smooth Vodka
1 cup blueberries
10 fresh mint leaves
2 tsp. sugar
Juice of 2 limes
6 oz. club soda

Blend or muddle blueberries until smooth. Set aside. Use a muddler or wooden spoon to blend in mint leaves and sugar. Stir in vodka, lime juice, and blueberry mixture. Pour into glasses over club soda & ice. Gently stir. Garnish with extra blueberries.

Whiskey Lemonade
1 cup Journeyman Distillery Not a King Rye Whiskey
1½ cups sugar
2 quarts plus 2 cups of water, divided
2 cups fresh-squeezed lemon juice
Sliced lemon rounds, for garnish
In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the sugar and 2 cups of water to a simmer and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. In a large pitcher combine the simple syrup, lemon juice, whiskey, and 1 quart of water. Add additional water to taste. Serve over ice with lemon rounds. Serves 8-10 people.

1½ oz. Sugarlands Apple Pie Moonshine
½ oz. Magdala Orange Liqueur
1 oz. simple syrup
½ oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
Lemon wedge, for garnish
Combine all ingredients over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

2 oz. Horse Soldier Straight Bourbon
2 dashes The Bitter Truth Old Time Aromatic Bitters
4-6 oz. grapefruit soda
Squeeze of a lemon or lime wedge 
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add the Horse Soldier Bourbon and The Bitter Truth to the glass and stir to chill. Top with chilled grapefruit soda and a squeeze of lemon or lime juice. Garnish with grapefruit and a sprig of fresh mint.

5 oz. Journeyman O.C.G. Apple Cider Liqueur
Apple slices, for garnish
Combine in a rocks glass over ice and gently stir. Garnish with an apple fan.

2 oz. Midnight Moon Apple Pie Moonshine
Crushed graham cracker rim and apple slice. to garnish 
Combine Midnight Moon Apple Pie Moonshine and Apple Pie Moonshake Cream Liqueur into mason jar over ice and serve.
