Shamrock Pinch

2 oz. Barefoot Moscato
½ oz. O'Driscoll’s Irish Whiskey
1½ oz. orange juice
1½ oz. ginger beer
Lime wedge

Pour wine, whiskey and orange juice into a glass of ice. Top with ginger beer, squeeze fresh lime into drink, and drop the shell into the glass.

Classic Irish Coffee

1 oz. Tullamore D.E.W. Original Irish Whiskey
1 oz. Five Farms Irish Cream
Fresh hot coffee
Freshly whipped cream
Bar of chocolate, for garnish

Measure and pour Tullamore D.E.W. and Five Farms into a glass. Top with hot coffee and freshly whipped cream. Finish with shaved chocolate on top.

Shamrock Margarita

2 oz. The Busker Triple Cask Triple Smooth Irish Whiskey
½ oz. Naranja Orange Liqueur
1 oz. lime juice
½ oz. agave syrup
Green food coloring
Lime wedge, for garnish

Combine whiskey, lime juice, orange liqueur, agave syrup and food coloring with the ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously to chill. Pour the cocktail into salt or sugar rimmed margarita glasses. Garnish with lime wedge.

Pot of Gold

2 oz. Slane Irish Whiskey
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. honey syrup
Gold edible glitter

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and double strain into a glass with ice.

Irish Maid

2 oz. Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey
½ oz. Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. honey simple syrup
Sliced cucumber
Lemon wheel, for garnish

Muddle two cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker. Add whiskey, Elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Shamrock Juice

1½ oz. Clonakilty Minke Irish Gin
1 oz. 1800 Silver Tequila
1 oz. Clément Rhum Blanc
1 oz. Barr Hill Vodka
1 oz. Llord’s Blue Curaçao
Fresh orange juice, to top
Cherries, for garnish

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. Pour over fresh ice and garnish with cherries.
