2 oz. Condesa Clásica Gin

4 fresh raspberries

1 oz. lemon juice

½ oz. simple syrup

2 oz. soda water

Muddle raspberries in a shaker and add other ingredients with ice. Shake until chilled and strain. Top with soda water.

Rosemary Paloma



1½ oz. Jose Cuervo Especial Silver Tequila

½ oz. lime juice

¼ rosemary syrup

Grapefruit soda

Dash of The Bitter Truth Orange Bitters

Rosemary and orange wedge, for garnish

Shake tequila, lime juice, and syrup in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain over ice and top with soda and orange bitters. Garnish with rosemary sprig and orange wedge.

Breakfast of Champions

1½ oz. Hudson Bright Lights Big Bourbon

¾ oz. honey syrup

3 oz. honey-nut cereal infused milk (infused for 1 hour in the fridge)

Combine bourbon, syrup, and infused milk in a shaker with ice until well chilled. Double strain over ice and garnish with cinnamon and more cereal.

Lavender Margarita

2 oz. Avión Silver Tequila

1 oz. Naranja Orange Liqueur

1 oz. lime juice

½ oz. lavender syrup

½ oz. agave syrup

Salt for rim and lavender sprig, for garnish

Rim glass with lime juice and salt. Shake ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with lavender sprig or lime wheel.
