New Year's Eve Sparklers

Liven up holiday celebrations with these sparkling cocktails and toast to the New Year with our collection of sparkling wines and Champagnes!

Blood Orange Spritz



3 oz. La Marca Prosecco

1 oz. Condesa Clásica Gin

½ oz. simple syrup

1 oz. blood orange juice (or regular)

Blood orange slice, for garnish

Pour gin, simple syrup, and orange juice into a glass. Stir gently to combine then top with prosecco. Garnish with orange slice.

Good Thymes



4 oz. Maschio Prosecco

 ¾ oz. 1800 Reposado Tequila

 ¾ oz. lime juice

 ¾ oz. simple syrup

Raspberries and a thyme sprig, for garnish

Shake tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, 3-4 raspberries, and 4 thyme leaves with ice until chilled. Fine strain into a wine glass over fresh ice and top with prosecco. Gently stir and garnish with fresh raspberries and thyme.

The Devereaux



3 oz. 19 Crimes Snoop Dogg Cali Gold Sparkling Wine

1 oz. Rabbit Hole Cavehill Straight Bourbon

½ oz. Fiorente Elderflower Liqueur

½ oz. simple syrup

Mint leaf, for garnish

Shake bourbon, elderflower liquer, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice until chilled. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top with sparkling wine and mint leaf.

Pom Fizz



4 cups pomegranate juice (or 1 tbsp. premade pomegranate syrup)

4 oz. Caposaldo Prosecco

4 fresh pomegranate seeds, for garnish

To make the pomegranate syrup, simmer juice over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 2 hours or until it reduces to a syrup. Add one tbsp. of the syrup to a champagne flute and pour over the sparkling wine. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.

Rosemary Ginger Spritz



3 oz. Barefoot Bubbly Brut Cuvée

¼ cup sugar

2 slices fresh ginger, lightly smashed

2 springs rosemary, divided

1 oz. club soda

1 ½ oz. lemon juice

Place sugar, ¼ cup water, ginger, and 1 rosemary sprig in a saucepan and boil until sugar dissolves. Let cool for 15 minutes and then discard rosemary and ginger. Add wine, club soda, 1 tbsp. rosemary-ginger-syrup, and lemon juice to a highball glass over ice and stir gently. Garnish with remaining rosemary sprig.

Holiday Sparkling Punch



4 bottles Bocelli 1831 Prosecco New!

1 cup Combier Orange Liqueur

2 bunches fresh mint

1 cup fresh lime juice

1 cup cranberry juice

Mint, lime, or fresh cranberries, for garnish

Mix orange liqueur, lime juice, cranberry juice, and muddled mint and chill for several hours or overnight. Add cava to a punch bowl and then add 3/4 of mixer, tasting for sweetness and adding more as needed. Serve chilled in champagne flutes.
