Frostbite Fizz
2 oz. New Amsterdam Vodka
1 oz. Celebri Blue Curaçao
2 oz. white cranberry juice
2 oz. lemon-lime soda
½ oz. lime juice
Mint sprig and maraschino cherries, for garnish
Rim a glass with a lime wedge and dip in sugar. Shake vodka, blue curaçao, cranberry juice, and lime juice with ice until the shaker if frosty. Strain into prepared glass and top with soda. Garnish with mint and cherries.
Sugar Cookie Martini
2 oz. Stoli Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. Five Farms Irish Cream
1 oz. heavy cream
Buttercream and sprinkles, for glass rim
Rim a martini glass with a layer of buttercream and roll in sprinkles. Shake vodka, Irish cream, and heavy cream in a shaker with ice until frothy. Strain into prepared glass over fresh ice.
Winter Margarita
2 oz. Jose Cuervo Especial Silver Tequila
½ oz. Agavero Orange Liqueur
1 oz. white cranberry juice
½ oz. simple syrup
Frozen cranberries and rosemary sprig, for garnish
Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice until well chilled. Strain into a salt-rimmed glass over fresh ice. Top with frozen cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
Peppermint Pistachio Martini
1 oz. RumChata Peppermint Bark
1 oz. Disaronno Originale Amaretto
1 oz. Bols Crème de Menthe Green
Sub Crème de Menthe White and a drop of food coloring
Pistachios, for garnish
Add ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with pistachios.
Dirty Chai
2 oz. Mash & Mallow S'mores Whiskey
½ oz. Hartman's Overwinter Coffee Liqueur
4 oz. double strength Chai tea, hot
Pinch of salt
Dehydrated orange wheel, for garnish
Combine ingredients in a mug or teacup. Garnish with dehydrated orange wheel.
Lambrusco Smash
2 oz. Riunite Lambrusco
1 oz. Los Siete Misterios Doba-Yej Mezcal
1¾ oz. orange juice
1 oz. ginger beer
Orange peel, for garnish
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add wine, juice, ginger beer, and mezcal. Stir until chilled. Garnish with orange peel.
